Silverado II Condominiums are located about 1-1/2 blocks off Main Street (as the crow flies) in the town of Winter Park, Colorado. It is a smaller complex (not as many people to share the pool and hot tubs with!) that’s nestled in mature Pine Trees on the mountainside. There are peek-a-boo views of the Continental Divide and the Front Range Mountains from the condo.

All common areas were recently renovated, so you will find a new pool, sauna, hot tubs, workout area, game room and laundry. There is also underground parking and ski storage lockers.

You can enjoy a warm toddy, appetizer or dinner at the Steakhouse near the pool. You can also shop at the Silverado Ski Shop for outdoor clothing or souvenirs or rent/demo the newest ski equipment. Everything is located inside one complex. No frozen hair or whining kids as you run them from pool or hot tub to car to condo! Silverado II also has a person at the front desk where you can rent DVD’s, purchase ski tickets, and get information.

2 Twins or a King Bed!
The 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds or 1 King Bed whichever you prefer. It has a private balcony and 26" LCD TV w/DVD. The 2nd Bath is located between this bedroom and the living and dining rooms.
Living Room & Kitchen
The living room has a leather hideaway sofa with matching leather recliner and a 42" Plasma TV, dvd, vcr, stereo and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a full size range, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all the modern electrical appliances like a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The condominium is well stocked with spices and utensils down to toilet paper, paper towels & laundry soap, etc. Relax in the recliner in the living room or watch a video or movie on cable while warming yourself by the gas fireplace.

Activities 
Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski area’s are 10 minutes away by car, 10-15 minutes away by free shuttle that picks you up at the front door every 30 minutes. This shuttle will also escort you to more that 40 restaurants and bars and numerous shops and boutiques throughout the towns of Winter Park and Fraser.
Winter Park and Mary Jane ski area’s have a lot to offer all abilities of skiers and snowboarders. Learn to ski at Discovery Park or enjoy the #1 Rated Mogul Runs in North America at the Jane. Specialty freestyle terrain parks offer half pipes and various levels of jumps. The award winning Children’s Center will entertain, teach and watch over your children as you enjoy the mountain for a few hours or all day. In addition to skiing, try snow shoeing, snow mobiling, sleigh rides, snow cat tours, tubing, ice skating, cross country skiing and dog sled rides.
In the Spring, Summer and Fall, the Winter Park area offers Putt Putt Golf, Alpine Slide, Rock Climbing, Chairlift Rides and extensive bike trails for all abilities. The surrounding area offers: boating on Lake Granby, golfing, horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and fly fishing. Rocky Mountain National Park’s east entrance is also just 30 minutes away.
Wolf Park
Wolf Park is a short walk along a path surrounded by aspen and pine trees. Once you arrive, you'll find picnic tables, playgrounds, tennis, volleyball & basketball.
