The condominium in South Padre Island is approximately 1200 sq feet and is located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico at Edgewater Condominiums. You are 30 minutes from Brownsville and 45 minutes Harlingen International Airports. The complex is small (fewer people to share the amenities and beach with) and is secured with a coded gate. It has a pool, hot tub, shuffle board and tennis court. And the views are breathtaking! If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, you must check out Padre Island!

The pool & hot tub are located next to the beach or on the east side of the building. Lounge chairs, tables & chairs are provided at the pool.

The master bedroom has a king bed, full private bath, 32" plasma tv, clock radio, and phone. And an incredible view out 2 directions!

The second bedroom has a king bed, HDTV with DVD & clock radio. It has a full completely remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Living Areas
The family room has a 42" Plasma TV w/DVD/VCR combin, free high-speed Internet connection or WiFi. The sofa is a sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs and features full size appliances for all your utensils. The washer and dryer look tired, but they work like a charm!

Activities
The peacefulness of the area and the endless stretch of beaches are what
drew us to South Padre Island. Year-round enjoy the quiet walks on the beach,
para-sailing, scuba diving, deep sea and bay fishing, golf, bicycling, putt-putt
golf, horseback riding, jet-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, boating, bird watching,
and dolphin spotting.
Other attractions near South Padre Island include “bartering” for pottery, clothing, handbags, liquor or knicknacks in Matamoris, Mexico, just 45 minutes away. Visit the “Turtle Lady” on the island, or Schlitterbauns, the famous family water park. End your day with a sunset dinner cruise.
Year round, enjoy shopping in the souvenir and t-shirt shops as well as the specialty boutiques all within walking distance of the condo. Also enjoy dining at over 32 restaurants on the island.
